New Employee Safety Orientation (Formally Combined Employee Safety Orientation)
Note: This training is required for new employees to be taken once within 30 days of hire (not an annual training module).

Please note, if your position is designated a POM Authorized Adult (PAA), in addition to this training you are required to complete the PAA Certification process outlined on the POM page.

Hazard Communication
If any of the following apply to your work, you are required to take Hazard Communication training:
- you work with larger than consumer quantities of typical office products (i.e., you service copiers, printers, or other equipment)
- you work in a warehouse or other chemical storage facility
- you perform industrial activities involving chemicals, including fuels, oils, solvents, and compressed gases
- you work in a laboratory that uses chemicals, compressed gases, and/or equipment that poses physical hazards (lasers, ovens, radiation, etc.)
If none of the above points apply, complete this Attestation Form in place of this training:
